What services do you offer?
Ruffology offers one-on-one mobile grooming, including Essential Care, Signature Grooming Experiences, and curated membership options focused on calm, consistent care.
Do you groom multiple dogs at the same time?
No. Ruffology is intentionally designed as a one-on-one experience. Your dog receives undivided attention in a calm, stress-free environment.
Do you groom come to my home?
Yes. Ruffology is a fully mobile grooming service. We come directly to your home and provide the entire experience in our self-contained grooming van.
Is Signature Grooming available for all dogs?
Signature Grooming is offered by inquiry only. Each experience is thoughtfully designed based on your dog’s coat, temperament, and desired style.
Why is a consultation required for Signature Grooming?
Because every Signature experience is custom. The consultation allows us to understand your dog, your vision, and ensure the experience is the right fit, without rushing the process.

Membership pricing is listed and billed monthly

How long does a grooming appointment take?
Each session is intentionally unhurried to prioritize your dog’s comfort.
Timing varies based on coat, size, and service, but most appointments range between 1.5 to 3 hours.
What are your working hours?
Our standard grooming hours are 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Extended appointment windows from 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM are available upon request as premium time slots.
What areas do you serve?
Ruffology serves select areas to maintain a calm and on-time schedule.

How do I book?

Policies & Requirements
Do you require proof of vaccinations?
Yes. Proof of a current rabies vaccination is required for first-time clients.
Once on file, we won’t ask again unless an update is needed.
What if my dog is nervous, reactive, or has bitten before?
Please let us know in advance. Transparency helps us create the safest experience possible.
In cases where a bite occurs, additional fees may apply to cover medical or safety-related expenses.
Do you need access to water or electricity?
No. Our grooming van is fully self-contained and equipped with its own water and power supply.
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the personalized nature of our services, all bookings are non-refundable, but we’re always happy to reschedule when possible.
